Room sizes feel cramped!!! The lack of noise insulation made for a less than restful experience!!! Issues with air conditioning functioning intermittently hindered comfort during the stay!!!

Housekeeping was efficient, ensuring fresh towels daily 😊. Breakfast had a lovely selection including baked bread, cheeses, and an excellent coffee machine. The location is superb! Close to metro and offers easy access to main attractions.

I loved the spacious triple room with a fantastic balcony that offered a view over the rooftops. The location near Termini station made it easy to get around the city, which was a major plus. The staff were generally pleasant and provided useful information about local attractions. the air conditioning was a bit noisy at night, making it hard to leave it on while sleeping. The breakfast could use more variety. the selection felt limited. I noticed the shower had a slight drainage issue, causing water to accumulate during use. Noise from nearby rooms was also a bit disruptive, especially early in the morning.

galileo was great for our stay. just a 12-minute walk from the main station, it was perfectly located for all the sights we wanted to visit. The highlight was definitely the staff. they were super attentive and accommodating. we appreciated their help storing our large luggage before check-in. breakfast was included and offered plenty of options to start our day off right.

I stayed for 5 nights and loved the cozy triple room with its daily clean towels. The continental breakfast was decent enough, but I felt it could use more variety. for the price, I would definitely return.
